XENTRY Com (DSD) and XENTRY Book (DSD)

In the further course of your offer processing, you send the offer directly to the customer from the XENTRY portal. The customer receives the offer via e-mail and can make an automated appointment booking with just one click.

XENTRY Book ensures that your customer can book a direct appointment via your calendar.

XENTRY Order

After successful appointment booking of your customer, all data is automatically transferred to XENTRY Portal and your employee can take care of the preparation of the appointment.

Your modern workshop information system impresses with its new design, is conveniently integrated into XENTRY Portal and can also be used on your mobile devices. At the touch of a button, you receive up-to-date and precise data about your workshop order at any time and from anywhere. This allows you to process your order efficiently and act in a targeted manner.

Dynamic Wiring Diagram (DWD)

Since October 2021, you can use the Dynamic Wiring Diagram (DWD), another powerful module for your workshop. This gives you access to the wiring diagrams of the Mercedes Benz passenger car series.

Benefit from VIN-specific displays for your desired vehicle and save yourself long searches for vehicle equipment as well as system jumps. Avoid research errors during repair and diagnosis and quickly find additional information, e.g. on components, thanks to the Dynamic Wiring Diagram (DWD) and other search and filter functions. Access the customized, VIN-specific plans conveniently from XENTRY Portal, XENTRY Diagnosis and Mercedes B2B Connect.

Dynamic Wiring Diagram is linked to the WIS right; a separate order is therefore not required. Please note that from the end of 2021, wiring diagrams for new startups and model maintenance will only be available in the Dynamic Wiring Diagram module. You should therefore preferably use this module for schematic research.

XENTRY Repair Packages

Serve your customers even better - thanks to the time saved by XENTRY Repair Packages. All the necessary damage codes, work items and parts are now bundled for you in the XENTRY Repair Packages FIN-specifically and are guaranteed to fit together - for fast processing of typical and frequent damage cases. For classic repair services, but also for warranty and goodwill.
