After registering once with your e-mail address, you will be able to select your topic and simply post problems, requests or feedback. You will then receive competent feedback on your request.

Our Remote Support

The aubex support tool from Teamviewer GmbH is available to you so that we can solve your concerns quickly and easily. Via Teamviewer, our support staff access your desktop via the Internet to support you directly or interactively on the screen.

The Teamviewer Quick Support Client can be downloaded from our website within seconds and started without any installation. This allows remote access to the complete desktop or server - including mouse and keyboard - as well as the additional exchange of files.
