The issue of data protection continues to play a crucial role in companies and with their customers. To ensure that your employees respond appropriately to the requirements of data protection, Art. 39 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) stipulates that you instruct your employees annually on the topic of data protection.

With our eTraining "Data Protection for Data Protection Coordinators", we introduce you to your tasks so that you have a solid basic training in data protection and learn methods to use your knowledge in a structured way in your everyday work.

Awareness Raising: Data Protection & IT Security

With our eTraining "Data Protection & IT Security" for employees, you will learn how to recognise the most important types of attacks such as phishing, ransomware and social engineering. In addition, you will learn how you can protect yourself with qualitative tips in your daily work.

Procedure:
The eLearning consists of 3 learning modules and quizzes between the knowledge transfer. This allows participants to test and check their knowledge of data protection law. If participants manage to answer 80 percent of the questions correctly, they receive a personalized certificate of participation. If participants do not pass, they can of course repeat the course.

After your binding booking and your registration on our learning platform aubex eAcademy, you will first receive an empty list of participants from us, in which you then provide us with your employees' names and e-mail addresses. Once we have your participants, we immediately send an invitation with a participation link directly to your employees. They can then start with the eLearning immediately.

DSL Internet connection and a web browser are required for the course to run smoothly. A standard PC with sound card or headphones is required to play embedded videos. In order to be able to provide you with access to the e-learning, a personal e-mail address is recommended.

Course 2: Data Protection for Data Protection Coordinators

In order for data protection to be implemented optimally in the company, you as data protection coordinator must on the one hand be well acquainted with the processes in the company and be involved yourself at an early stage. On the other hand, you yourself must be sufficiently sensitised to data protection. With our eTraining, we introduce you to your tasks so that you have a solid basic training in data protection and learn methods for using your knowledge in a structured way in your everyday work.

Procedure
The eLearning consists of 3 modules and knowledge queries between the knowledge transfer. In addition, data protection templates, orientation aids and sample texts are available for participants to download. Module 3 is a final quiz with questions on the previous topics. This allows participants to test and review their knowledge of data protection law.

If participants manage to answer 60 percent of the questions correctly, they receive a personalized confirmation of participation. If participants do not pass, they can of course repeat the course.
