After receiving the admin checklist filled out by you and an examination of your IT environment, we install the system with a basic configuration at your location via Teamviewer remote maintenance. After successful installation, we arrange a telephone appointment with you to coordinate the individual check rules. After this rule check and an internal test, the system is configured individually for you via Teamviewer remote maintenance. With coaching via Teamviewer, we train your users and describe how to use the system effectively. According to the suggestions from the coaching, we refine the configurations.
